Your Golden Triangle tour with Jaisalmer will start with Delhi. Once you reach Delhi, our representative will meet you and drop you at the hotel. Check in and relax at the hotel. Prepare to start your trip from Delhi Sightseeing and so forth. You will have your dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
On day 2, post breakfast, you will check out and leave for a trip further. Delhi is a city where it is said that the past and present coexist and you will see that in the mix of Old and New Delhi. Do sightseeing at Jama Masjid and Raj Ghat. Moving ahead, take a quick glance at the Presidential Palace and Parliament House along with The India Gate. If time permits, you can explore the busy streets of Chandni Chowk. Make a visit to the Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple and Humayun's Tomb in the evening. Visit the Akshardham Temple in the evening. We will then leave for Agra which will be a 3 to 4 hours drive. The driver will drop you back at the hotel, stay the night and have a sound sleep.
On day 3, early morning following your breakfast, you will leave and proceed towards Agra Sightseeing. Here, you will first see the Taj Mahal which is one of the most beautiful monuments in the World. It is popular as a symbol of love that Mughal emperor Shah Jahan built in the memory of his deceased beloved wife, Mumtaz. Next you will visit Agra fort, a red stone built giant & majestic historic fort situated at the banks of Yamuna river. Its construction was started by Emperor Akbar in 1566. You will then leave for Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri was the capital of Mughal Emperor Akbar which he established on his victory. Further, explore the Buland Darwaza, the world's biggest entryway here. You will reach Jaipur and have an overnight stay.
Next day, after breakfast, our guide will take you on a full day tour of Jaipur. Starting with Amber Fort known for its 17th century air conditioning system and marvelous Rajputana architecture. You may get an adventurous elephant ride up to the fort’s entrance.
Moving ahead, take a tour to the City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Jal Mahal, and the Hawa Mahal. Spend the evening exploring the local markets of Jaipur and get some gifts for your family and friends from here. In the evening, you can explore the Rajasthani Ethnic Village - Chokhi Dhani. Here, you will experience and dive deep into the culture and society of Rajasthan. Do the camel ride and try other Rajasthani cultural things. Treat yourself with a Rajasthani Traditional food “Dal Bati Churma”. The taste will be unique here in Rajasthan. You will have an overnight stay here. So, relax and have a great sleep.
After a refreshing stay in Jaipur, you will have breakfast early in the morning and check out from the hotel. We will start our journey towards Jodhpur. You will reach Jodhpur after a six hours of drive. You will check in the hotel and break for lunch. Relax for sometime and then we will leave for Jodhpur sightseeing. We will begin with Mehrangarh Fort followed with Moti Mahal and Phool Mahal. Thereafter, we will head over to Jaswant Thada and wait for the evening to unwind. As the day ends, we will go back to the hotel, have dinner and stay overnight.
Check out from the hotel after breakfast. On day six, you will leave for Jaisalmer which is known as the Golden City of Rajasthan. Jaisalmer is the heart of the Great Indian Desert.
After a 5 hour drive, we will reach Jaisalmer. We will then check into the hotel and relax for sometime. We will break for lunch. After freshening up, we will visit the Jaisalmer Fort. This fort is a UNESCO World Heritage Site which stands strong in the Thar Desert. You can also visit the museum. You will also visit ancient havelis i.e. Salim Singh, Nathmal ji ki Haveli and Patwon Ki Haveli. After an entire sightseeing day, you will go back to your hotel, have dinner and stay overnight to prepare for the next day.
After breakfast, you will check out from the hotel and leave for the most exciting part of your journey and i.e visiting Sam Golden Dunes desert.
Visiting Sam Dunes and staying there in itself is an exhilarating experience. You will reach the camp and check in. You will break for an authentic lunch in the desert. Thereafter, you will be taken towards the Great Indian desert. You can enjoy Camel Safari and look around the hills of sand. Being on the golden sand in itself will be a memorable experience. You can also do Jeep Safari and Motorbike Safari. As the day sets, you can witness a breathtaking sunset experience in the desert.
Post that you will return to your camp. As it gets dark, you can witness the magical sky displaying innumerable stars. In the evening, you can relish assorted Pakodas and tea. There will be cultural programs like Rajasthani Dance, Fireworks, Magic Show, Bonfire, etc which will be worth enjoying. You will also get to dance with the local artists and crew. As the day ends, you will stay back for an overnight halt.
So, this will be your last day of the trip. You can wake up early in the morning to witness the sunrise. The magical view of the Golden Sun rising on the Golden Desert is worth watching. Thereafter, you can go for a walk in the desert and enjoy the coolness of sand. You can also do Camel Safari if you wish to experience that again. Post lunch you will then check out from the camp and leave for Jaisalmer Airport.
